Since we are on South Beach Diet, we can’t have flour nor sugar. This recipe is super easy and taste just like brownie!!! Unbelievable!! Also, this is extremely low calories since I didn’t use sugar and bean contains less calories than flour.
1 can raised & drained beans (small white beans)
3/4 cup egg substitute
3tbs oil
5tbs cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup splenda
Walnut and sugar free chocolate chips
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until puree, pour into a greased 8X8 cake pan
2. Stir in some sugar free chocolate chips and nuts
3. Bake 350 degree for 27 mins
